Homework

 

I believe in balancing school and family life.  

 

The most important thing your child can do is Read!  At this age, our students are not reading independently, so it is important to read to your child daily.  Just ten to twenty minutes every day will be beneficial to your child.  

 

Learning takes place everywhere!  Talk to your children, expose them to the wonders of the world around us.  Sing in the car, play games like "I Spy", identify and read the signs you see.

Occasionally special homework projects will be sent home.  One of the first assignments will be the All About Me project.   Details forthcoming.
